1IN4 is a coalition of disabled Hollywood creatives on a mission to reframe the experience and understanding of disability by breaking down the systemic barriers that exclude disabled people from being employed in front of and behind the camera.

Mentees

1IN4 Writers Mentorship Program (1IN4 Writers) is created to help offset the enormous challenges disabled writers face due to Hollywood’s inaccessibility by supporting writers with access to feedback, resources, and relationships, which are key to career building.

Mentors

1IN4 Writers is looking for working industry professionals (writers, directors, producers, executives, representatives) interested to volunteer time to mentor disabled writers by reading writing samples and sharing feedback on a completed original series pilot, feature or play.
